Orby

Consent agreement

Version of October 15, 2026

The promise every member makes to every other member.

What consent means on Orby

Consent is a clear, free and informed yes, given by each person, for each thing, each time. Being linked, matched or in a relationship is never consent by itself.

Anyone can say no, pause or stop at any moment, for any reason, without explaining, and without losing anything on Orby.

What I promise

I ask before anything, and I accept no as a full answer.

I check in, and I stop at once when someone pauses, stops, or seems unsure.

I never pressure, guilt or trick anyone, and I don't go on with someone who can't decide freely, for example because of alcohol or drugs.

I respect what each person shared about their limits, their lights and their partners.

I keep what I learn about others private: their photos, messages, identity and relationships.

Partners and groups

When people take part together, each person agrees for themselves. Nobody agrees for a partner, and one partner's yes never stands for another's.

If consent is broken

Report it. Orby acts on reports, can remove anyone who breaks this agreement, and helps you find support. In danger, call your local emergency number first.

Every member accepts this version in the app before entering. Orby keeps each version word for word, and a signed record of each acceptance.
